Guam Military Build-Up

The relocation of 8,000 marines and their dependents from Okinawa, Japan to Guam, will significantly impact the culture, environment, quality of life, and the overall future of the island.

The US Defense Policy Review Initiative (DPRI) has already kick started the requirement for 15,000 to 20,000 overseas workers for deployment on Guam, as projects for infrastructure developments are issued to contractors.
