Our Manning and Recruitment Division is one of the leading Recruitment Agencies in the Philippines, has deployed thousands of workers to the Middle East, Asia, Europe and Africa, and a recipient of many Philippine Overseas Employment awards. Our well trained staff has extensive knowledge of the Philippine manpower market and is committed to providing only the most qualified applicants. SALVTUG’s Head of Manning, Engineer Jun V. Gabi was a trade testing and training officer and elected vice-president of the Trade Testing Officers Association of the Philippines before he joined SALVTUG. Mr. Gabi is also a certified trainer of the NAVFAC (US Naval Facilities Engineering Command) Safety Training that is required by US law for Guam-bound workers.

| The standard procedure of hiring workers for local and overseas companies has been highly effective. The following strategies provide necessary flexibility to cope with and meet the client’s target of mobilization. Basic Recruitment Procedures Client’s Initial Role: Clients interested in MTSC services are requested to provide the following information: Access to project site Total number of recruitment required and detailed job description Specification and nature of contracts (i.e. construction, maintenance, administrative, etc) Proposed salary rate and other contract provisions (housing, food allowance, transportation, etc) Manpower mobilization schedule Screening and Final Selection Pre-screening and initial interview Applicants are screened by checking that the following original documents are complete and authentic: Diploma and transcript of academic records Employment certificates Training/Test Certificates Other supporting documents Trade Testing of Workers Skilled trade works such as welders, electricians, etc, are put through a rigid test in MTSC accredited testing center upon client’s request. Final Interview and Selection After passing our testing procedures, candidates are short-listed for a final interview by the client. MTSC can also conduct the final interview upon client’s request. |

| MSTC is a pioneer-member/participant of Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) Contracts Electronic Submission System using PEACE software with the following features: - No paper contracts are submitted
- Contracts processing happens 24 hours, 7 days a week.
- Agencies are empowered to submit and post their job orders and contracts submission electronically to the POEA database.
- Agencies will have an updated local copy of client accreditation and job-order database installed in their office computer.
- The system automatically checks agency license status, principle status and workers’ legal records.
