Degree in Civil, Geodetic Engineering or equivalent and must have at least eight (8) years similar position. Previous experience in the construction of runways and taxiways is an added advantages.

Degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least eight (8) years in supervising large scale paving operations, overseeing HMA Plant operations and with at least 2 years experience in the constructions of runways and taxiways. Must be able to analyze field test data/reports, troubleshoot problems and work with HMA batch plant to resolve quality issues.
